How do I see which tenants have paid?

Open any property and you'll see each tenant's status for the month — paid, pending, or overdue — at a glance.

I only have 1 or 2 properties. Is this app for me?

Yes. The free plan of RentDue covers up to 2 properties with 3 units each, with ads, which is enough for most landlords with one or two homes. If your portfolio grows, Pro removes the limits.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. RentDue stores your data on your phone, so tracking rent never needs an internet connection. Only the optional Pro backup to your own iCloud or Google Drive goes online.

What about privacy?

Your rent data stays on your phone: there is no RentDue account and no RentDue server holding your properties or tenants. With Pro, a backup goes to your own iCloud or Google Drive. The app uses anonymous analytics and crash reports, and the free plan shows ads. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Can I remind tenants when rent is due?

Not directly: RentDue reminds you, not your tenant. You get a notification on your phone before each due day, and an unpaid month stays flagged as overdue, so you know exactly who to message.

How do I track missed rent payments?

RentDue marks every month for every tenant as paid, pending or overdue, so a missed rent payment stands out the moment you open the app. The annual summary shows the whole year at a glance, and payment reminders help you chase unpaid months before they pile up.

Can I track rent due dates?

Yes. RentDue tracks the rent cycle of each property — what's due, what's paid and what's pending each month — and reminds you before each due day so it never slips by. Everything works offline.

Yes. A property in RentDue can hold several units, each with its own tenant and monthly payment status. The free plan includes up to 3 units per property; Pro removes the limit for bigger portfolios.
