RentDue provides a utility tool for landlords to track rent payments and manage property units. The service is provided "as is" and intended for administrative record-keeping purposes only.

Use of the Application

The application is designed for independent landlords managing small property portfolios (typically 1-5 properties). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter into the application.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You agree not to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device.
• RentDue does not process financial transactions; it is a tracking utility.

RentDue Pro Subscription

Certain features of RentDue may require a paid subscription (RentDue Pro). Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and are subject to their billing terms and conditions.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or the specific policies of the app store platform. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentDue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your use of the application.

RentDue is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee that the application will meet your specific local regulatory requirements for property management record-keeping.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
