RentDue is built with a "Privacy First" philosophy. We believe that your financial and property data should remain under your control. Our application uses local-only storage. This means that any information you input regarding your properties, tenants, and rent payments is stored exclusively on your device's internal memory.

We do not maintain central servers that store your property management data. Consequently, if you delete the app or lose your device without a local backup, we cannot recover your data for you.

How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect your property data on our servers, we do not use it for marketing, profiling, or research. The information you enter is used solely for the functionality of the app on your device:

• Calculating monthly rent statuses.
• Organizing your property and unit directory.
• Providing you with a visual overview of your rental business.

Third-Party Services

To support the ongoing development of the free version of RentDue, we may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These services may collect and use non-personally identifiable information, such as your device's advertising ID, to show relevant ads.

The app may also use basic, anonymous telemetry (like Firebase Analytics) to track crashes and app performance to help us improve the user experience. This data does not include any information about your properties or tenants.

Your Rights

As the data stays on your device, you have full control over it. You have the right to:

• Access and Export: You can view all your data directly within the app interface.
• Deletion: You can delete any record at any time, or clear all data by uninstalling the application.
• Privacy: Since we don't have your data, we cannot sell or share it with any third parties.
