Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RentDue Stays application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RentDue Stays regarding your use of the service.

RentDue Stays provides a utility tool for casual hosts to track vacation-rental bookings, expenses and profit across channels. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for administrative record-keeping purposes only.

Use of the Application

The application is designed for casual, independent hosts managing a small number of places (typically 1–3). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter into the application.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You agree not to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and any cloud backup you enable.
• RentDue Stays does not connect to Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms on your behalf, and does not process payments — you enter your bookings yourself, and it is a tracking utility only.

Subscriptions & Pro

RentDue Stays is free to use for one place. An optional Pro subscription unlocks unlimited places, per-place and per-channel breakdowns, PDF reports and removes ads.

• Pro is offered as a monthly plan ($5.99/month) or an annual plan ($59.99/year). Prices may vary by region and applicable taxes.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentDue Stays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your use of the application.

RentDue Stays is not a substitute for professional legal, tax or financial advice. We do not guarantee that the application will meet your specific local regulatory requirements for short-term rental record-keeping or tax reporting.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
